Offering stunning views from high up the iconic OXO tower, the OXO Tower Brasserie serves a fantastic selection of dishes, in a fun and relaxed setting. With a daily live music line up as well as an impressive open kitchen. During warmer months there is also a beautiful terrace looking right over London where you can enjoy the modern European menu.
Inside, the décor is simple, with tables and chairs packed into every corner of the dining room. The glass walls mean that despite this, the brasserie maintains a bright and airy feel to it, and they also mean that even if you’re inside, you can still be constantly taking in the breath-taking views.
A broad all-day food menu focuses on championing local produce and changes every so often according to the season. Starters include a classic French caramelised onion soup with croutons, and beef carpaccio, with pickled shitake mayonnaise, wasabi, crispy lotus root, and a watercress and spring onion salad. If you’re wanting something more Italian in feel, why not try the burrata with grape and endive salad, golden raisin and balsamic dressing, and crispbread, or the red wine braised beef cheek open ravioli with mushroom mousse, and truffle cheese.
Main courses range from seared scallops served with serrano ham, to coffee rub lamb, served with truffle mash and cranberry jus. If you’re still hungry, there’s also a lovely selection of puddings on offer such as treacle tart with a blood orange sorbet, as well as a Pina colada sorbet. The OXO tower brasserie aim to cater for every need which is why there is also a separate vegan and vegetarian menu available, as well as a short but sweet children’s menu.
In terms of drinks, you can select a bottle of wine from the neighbouring restaurants extensive list. There are also plenty of cocktails, beers and soft drinks to pick from.
