Looking for the best places to eat in Blackpool? We’ve stomped our way around the city, checking out all the top Blackpool restaurants to see where you should book next time you’re in this famous seaside town.

Blackpool is easily one of the UK’s best known seaside destinations, and the Lancashire town still attracts summer beach-goers in their thousands as soon as the sun appears. Whether it’s the famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Winter Gardens, Blackpool Zoo or the Blackpool Tower, there’s a wealth of things to see and do here - more than enough to keep you occupied for a day trip. If you’re here for 24 hours, that means you have at least two meals to take care of too - fortunately there are plenty of good restaurants in Blackpool to keep you well fed and watered.

Blackpool’s coastal location means that there’s a traditional lean towards fish and seafood - you’ll mainly see this via the many fish and chip shops up and down the coast. The general standard of fish and chips here is high, so if you’re after something easy-going, affordable and portable (perhaps to eat as you walk down the beachfront), we’d recommend popping into a chippy.

Alternatively, there’s a wide range of international restaurants to choose from, particularly among the best restaurants in Blackpool town centre. Our list below includes everything from traditional Indian neighbourhood restaurants to Spanish tapas and some lovely family-owned Italian spots. Consider also popping down the coast to nearby Lytham St Anne’s, which has its own thriving hub of local restaurants and takeaways.

Read on for our pick of the best restaurants in Blackpool.
