The new and improved Ambrosinis Restaurant is now called Restaurant Tiziano. These days, the restaurant has much more space, and has also undergone a major refurbishment, so that you can enjoy a modern, yet equally as charming, setting. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday, and open from 5 until 10pm the rest of the week. The team in the restaurant are passionate about delivering guests a true taste of Italy. The menu begins with antipasti, and includes a great selection. Choose from pan fried Italian spicy homemade sausage on crusty bread, garnished with salad leaves, red onions and fresh tomato, the sliced fresh tomato and mozzarella that is drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze, or the floured, deep fried squid with an aioli dip. If pizza is your thing, enjoy a selection of 12 inch options, each made with the restaurant's fresh, homemade dough. Choose from a classic margherita, Hawaiian or ham and mushroom, or choose one of the specials, like a BBQ based chicken pizza, or the pescatore topped with king prawns, tuna, anchovies and garlic.
Pasta and risotto dishes are all cooked fresh to order.
