Stefani's Pizza can be found on Cedar Square in Blackpool, just a few minutes walk from the famous Blackpool Pier, Dungeon and many seaside attractions. The restaurant is open every day of the week, from 5pm each day except for Friday and the weekend, and closes at 9pm each night. Nico, the owner, has a passion for pizza that he inherited from his late grandfather, Pepe, who also once owned a pizza joint in Blackpool. Nico learned about the family trade throughout his childhood, and always knew that one day he wanted to open his own restaurant. Nico travelled to Napoli to find out what it takes to make a real, delicious pizza, and returned with all the knowledge he needed to create the perfect dough, secret recipe source, and armed with traditional techniques, he opened his restaurant. Here, ingredients are imported from Napoli so that you can enjoy an authentic pizza experience.
Starters and sides include halloumi wrapped in prosciutto, some wood fired chicken wings in a range of sauces, and crispy potatoes with parmesan and truffle. There are a range of garlic bread dishes, from those smothered in San Marzano sauce with fresh garlic and parsley oil, to cheesy, rosemary topped garlic bread. There is a huge assortment of pizzas to choose from, including the dolce tonno with tuna, fresh red onion and sweetcorn, the little Italy that has homemade sausage meat, olives and fresh peppers, and classics like a Hawaiian, margherita, pepperoni and pollo.
Aside from all the classics, you can enjoy pizza your way with dairy or vegan cheese, and a delicious selection of house pizzas, including the salt and pepper chicken, and secret pizza with parmesan, mushrooms, white base, sea salt and truffle oil.
