The menu begins with a wide range of starters, no matter if you're looking for something light, with meat, fish, or vegetarian. Choose from lamb tikka and sheek kebabs, along with king prawn butterfly and aloo chaat puri. All tikka tandoori dishes are cooked in the clay oven on skewers. They are marinated for a period of time in yoghurt with a special blend of spices and herbs to suit each variety of preparation. There are a wide range to choose from, including lamb, king prawns, chicken and even a mix, along with a range of delicious curries.
One of Imli's signature dishes is the handi, a dish of chicken or lamb that is cooked with ginger, garlic, onions, lime and green chilli, with tomatoes and a sprinkle of coriander. This is one spicy, very tasty dish.
