Master of Ceremonies will not only provide serious wedding inspiration though, the eight planners creating the couples’ dream weddings will also be competing to be crowned Britain’s leading wedding expert. The weddings must be planned and executed within a strict budget. In this ‘cutthroat competition’, the weakest planners will be eliminated throughout the show, leaving the top two to battle it out in a final challenge.

The show’s judges and mentors are Dragons’ Den’s Sara Davies, First Dates’ Fred Sirieix, and wedding industry expert Raj Somaiya. They are sure to put the contestants through their paces while using their varying expertise across their respective industries to support and guide the planners throughout the show.

Fred Sirieix said: “I am so excited to be a part of Master of Ceremonies. Our planners are going to have to bring their A game to deliver creative and beautiful, but also incredibly personal, ceremonies for our brilliant and deserving couples. The wedding industry is so competitive and hospitality has to be second to none. The stakes couldn’t be higher, this has to be the best day of our couples’ lives – so no pressure!”

Master of Ceremonies begins next year and will be a must-watch for wedding lovers.
