Married at First Sight UK 2024: Where are the wedding venues in the show?

Series nine of Married at First Sight UK is in full swing and audiences are already hooked by the show’s juicy gossip and dramatic storylines. The British version of MAFs first aired on Monday 16 September and there’s already been dinner party spats, chaotic pranks and a ‘wife swap’ controversy that sparked debate on week one.

Not sure what we’re talking about? For the uninitiated, the premise of MAFs is essentially an extreme match-making experiment with the aim of helping British singles find true love. Eight couples are paired up by relationship experts and agree to marry when they first meet each other at the altar. They then spend the following weeks living together and getting to know each other, before deciding whether they want to stay married at the end of the series.

It’s easy to see why people are infatuated with the show, and while the heated arguments, juicy gossip and genuinely touching moments tend to be what keeps the public hooked, many fans (including us!) are keen to find out where the couples tied the knot this year.

All eight couples held their on-screen weddings at two breathtaking locations in the UK: Farnham Castle in Surrey and The Elvetham Hotel in Hampshire. Read on to find out more about the wedding venues that feature in MAFs 2024, including how much they cost, who got married there and whether you can book them for your own special day.

And if you’re keen to get your weekly MAFs fix, the show airs every Monday to Thursday at 9pm on E4.
