Paddington can be found in the City of Westminster in central London, and has plenty of history as a medieval parish and later a metropolitan borough, before eventually being joined with Westminster and Greater London in 1965. The Paddington books have been published in 40 different languages, and the sweet bear even has several of his own Hollywood movies. If you love the adorable, hat wearing bear, then pay a visit to his bronze statue that sits beneath the clock on platform 1 – the very spot where the Brown family discover Paddingotn in the first book.
