If you fancy getting some more zen in your life, head on over to Yeotown Queen’s Gardens, located in Inhabit, London’s first ever mindfulness hotel. Here you’ll be treated to a range of beautifully plated healthy dishes designed to nurture you and encourage you to live your best life.
The menu is California zen to its core, with all dishes free from dairy, meat and refined sugars, and most dishes free from gluten as well. Yeotown’s ethos is all about encouraging a lifestyle full of balance and positive energy, and this is definitely reflected in their menu. Throughout the day you can feast on healthy nutritional dishes such as eggs benedict on a homemade chia and oat muffin with vegan hollandaise, beetroot and carrot falafel, rice paper vegetable wraps and the signature Yeotown bounce back vegan burger.
Yeotown has also created a signature maca and almond butter infused protein smoothie called ‘Innergise, specifically designed to be drank after a yoga session at Inhabit hotel. Yoga sessions are held at the hotel’s yoga studio ‘Inhale at Inhabitat’ in the wellness centre, an ideal spot to work up an appetite.
If you fancy treating yourself in a mindful, responsible way, check out Yeotown’s range of low volume alcoholic drinks, such as conscious cocktails, mindful mocktails, organic bio-dynamic wines and natural wines.
All of this can be enjoyed in the beautiful light-flooded open plan venue. The centrepiece of the restaurant is the charismatic marble bar, surrounded by furniture sourced from the social enterprise Goldfinger. Beyond the bar lies a secluded area with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the leafy street, available le to close off for private events.
The space is also decorated with a range of carefully curated and thought-provoking art pieces including textile pieces and locally sourced ceramics, all of which contribute to this stimulating and artistic atmosphere.
