Raymond Blanc has
announced plans to open three new gastropubs in London next year, in yet-to-be-announced locations. Blanc’s White Brasserie company has located the sites – all currently running as pubs – and
is currently in negotiations to exchange licenses.
White Brasserie currently owns two gastropubs, the King’s Head in Teddington and the Queen’s Head in Weybridge. Blanc is also behind the Brasserie Blanc chain as well as owning his flagship Michelin-two star restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire.
