Albert Dock, formally known as The Royal Albert Dock, is a complex of dock buildings and warehouses in Liverpool. One of the centrepieces of the city, residents and visitors love a visit to this scenic part of Liverpool. The design of Royal Albert Dock is iconic, and sits like a square amongst the water. The docks dominated global trade in the 19th century, and these buildings were a huge part of that. Still, today, Albert Dock remains a huge part of Merseyside’s culture. You can visit one of the many bars, restaurants or cafes, pay a visit to a shop, or check into one of the hotels. If you want to adventure, hop on a boat and get a tour of the city from the water.
