Our kitchens produce modern British food that reflects the fabulous local produce of the region, including ingredients from the Hall's own kitchen garden. Headlam Hall has a working farm so we understand the importance of strong relationships with local suppliers and provenance to give us traceability and confidence in the ingredients we use.
