Mirroring the innovative yet timeless essence of the menu, Cakes & Bubbles effortlessly combines sophistication with relaxation. On the savoury menu, enjoy small plates of mini Angus beef burgers with mature cheddar cheese, gherkins, mayonnaise and lettuce, along with tuna tacos served with soya ponzu, yuzu mayonnaise and in a taco shell, and chicken katsu sandwiches with Chinese cabbage slaw, yuzu and mayonnaise. If you like to feel a little fancy, try the selection of caviar and oysters, like the Bloody Mary rock oysters that are served with tomatoes, celery salt, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and lemon. When it comes to sweet treats, you may enjoy the yuzu and chocolate waffle ice cream sandwich made with basil, some orange jelly wedges with balsamic crystals, or a light meringue that is filled with fennel pollen clotted cream and a blueberry compote.
