This autumn, the folks at Stamford Bridge (Home to
Chelsea FC) have been busy relaunching the West Stand, opening the 1905 Club, and adding a teambuilding option for corporate event bookers.
The renovation of the West Stand has given a new look to the Millennium Reception and added new fixtures and fittings to many of the 50 spaces on site including the Director’s Lounge, Executive Boxes and Millennium Suites overlooking the pitch.
The team has also waved goodbye to the stadium’s Marco Grill restaurant, replacing it with a meetings and events space for up to 105 delegates – the 1905 Club. It will also be available on match days for an exclusive dining experience for up to 100 guests.
Seeing an increased trend towards quirky teambuilding packages, the venue has also launched an Escape Room package to include as a part of larger events, or as an add-on to standard DDR packages.
Smaller groups must work together to escape from a 1950s asylum, while larger numbers of up to 100 can try the City Centre option. In the latter, participants must decipher codes and find hidden objects across the different spaces within Stamford Bridge to reach the check points before competing teams.
If any of those take your fancy or you just want to hear more, get in touch with the team.
