Not so long ago, the Thames-facing venue announced he’d be opening his first London restaurant in a decade in its South Wing. So bookers will be pleased that Welsh import Bryn Williams will also be in charge of the stoves for events.

His three other ventures and employment history aside (he’s trained under Marco Pierre White and Michel Roux), Williams will be bringing his love of fruit and veg to event menus.

If Bryn’s busy (or you have a more carnivorous bunch to please), you can book the guys behind street food purveyor Kerb, who bring the atmosphere and food offerings of their markets to a more intimate group setting. Well-known caterer Seasoned has also been added to the 45-strong supplier list along with Projection Art who will bring the likes of projection and LED lighting to proceedings.
