Victoria Warehouse - venue hire

Built in the early 1900s to serve as a cotton warehouse, we like how this Mancunian venue’s history reflects the city’s industrial past. Today it can be used to host conferences, exhibitions and company parties against a backdrop of exposed-brick walls.

What’s so good about it?
The industrial interiors make it easy for business events to feel less corporate and more creative. A prime example is the Cotton Sheds which offer eight different areas of varying sizes across two floors, including one large space that can seat 1,600 theatre style. Finishing touches like cotton reels made into poseur tables and original warehouse doors used as part of the bars add to the aesthetic.

Why do bookers love it?
There’s multiple spaces suited for each stage of your event. Start with a standing reception on the mezzanine that overlooks the largest shed. Then opt for a selection of the Sheds, or choose the Bays that come with a full AV package for the main event. There’s a hotel on site and a further 1,500 bedrooms within a five-minute walk for those coming from London or elsewhere to round things off.
