British Airways’s observation pod in Brighton is now bookable for sky-high dining events
The experience has been designed for ticketed evenings on April 26 and May 24, where you can reserve just a couple of seats or a table for ten for £85pp. The best news though is that groups can take over the attraction exclusively on other dates throughout the year.
Guests will be served each of the three courses as they drift for 25 minutes from ground level to 450ft above and down again. A sneak peek at the menu reveals mackerel parfait with pea shoots and garlic crostini, followed by seared chicken with fondant potato, spinach, glazed carrots and jus, before a classic crème brûlée or chocolate mousse on the third trip up and down.
The setting is sophisticated with white table cloths, fairy lights, candles and extensive vistas of Brighton and Hove as the sun sets over the sea in front.
Extras include Nyetimber English sparkling wine and bouquets of flowers, and for private hire a canapé reception and after party with DJ at ground level are included.
