You don’t have to be a conveyance geek (we see you train spotters) to appreciate the
London Transport Museum. The striking and characterful venue is in a prime location on the famous
Covent Garden Piazza and offers a range of spaces.
Our favourite has to be the purpose-built Cubic Theatre with its tube-style seating. It’s well-suited to conferences and presentations, with state-of-the-art AV and a breakout area for registration and catering. The foyer also has the opportunity of branding on its new 4K screens.
The 121-capacity room has a number of other luxury touches, which make it worth the trip. How does a cocktail themed to the film that’s screening and warm popcorn from Benugo sound? Or how about having your guests arrive on the red carpet? Those can be added, too.
The
London Transport Museum has invested £500k on an AV refurbishment, so the technology really is state-of-the-art. Tech enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the DCI/DCP compliant, true 4K cinema projector and the Dolby Digital surround sound throughout.
