Nobu’s newest hotel-restaurant opens its doors in July. Aesthetics will be in line with the group’s east-meets-west philosophy – think contemporary western design dotted with subtle Japanese detailing.
The restaurant will be available for private hire. To really experience the theatre of the team’s Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine, head for the semi-private dining space overlooking the open kitchen. It can seat up to 18.
Or take your summer party to the terrace, which has four integrated levels for up to 80 guests. Back inside, the shape-shifting Kaijo meeting and conference room is a single 180sq m space that can be split up to six ways.
