Have you seen the ceiling of the Main Hall at Banqueting House? It dazzled London’s high society when itopened in 1622 (commissioned by James I) and it still dazzles today. You can almost feel the spirit of courtiers who partied beneath the magnificent Rubens-painted mural.

 

This space is an awe-inspiring sight when set for a candle-lit dinner, but the room is also perfect for receptions of 500 and awards dinners for 380 guests. And it’s also available for day-time hire on selected Thursdays (from 1pm onwards).
