Docklands can’t get out of the headlines at the moment: Crossrail opens next year, Wood Wharf’s construction is well underway and there’s talk of a public footbridge between South Dock and Canary Wharf. The latest event news, though, is from CCT Venues-Docklands, which opened its doors on May 1.
The waterfront venue will offer guests a 250-person exhibition area, a large conference suite, 14 further meeting rooms, a waterfront terrace and a ‘stylish restaurant’ whose chefs promise to provide 100% traceability from farm to fork.
Besides the big stuff, the team assures us that it also provides for training sessions, seminars and board-level meetings. Elsewhere, guests can expect digital wall art and signage, ‘bespoke fixtures and fittings’, great views of the water, and top-spec tech. But probably most useful of all is that it’s easy to get to from Canary Wharf.
