General Manager of Pan Pacific London Anne Golden has been announced as the new Vice President of Operations for UK and North America for the Pan Pacific hotel group. This promotion follows in the wake of Golden's impressive achievements during her tenure as General Manager of Pan Pacific London; Golden took over the General Manager role in 2019, and achieved a Forbes five star rating within the first few months of opening. She will continue in the role of Pan Pacific London General Manager alongside her new position.
Pan Pacific London is home to high-end Singaporean restaurant concept Straits Kitchen, as well as contemporary cocktail bar Silverleaf, the Ginger Lily bar, and the Orchid Lounge.
Golden's record of achievement has been consistent throughout her 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. She began her London career at Forte hotels, but then moved to Morgans Hotel Group, where she acted as Regional Vice President for London. During her tenure there she oversaw the St Martins Lane and Sanderson properties, and opened Mondrian London, now known as Sea Containers and home to the award-winning Dandelyan Bar.
Speaking on the decision, Golden commented: 'I am delighted to be taking on this wider role as part of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group family. I have loved my time with the brand, and it is an honour to work with the passionate and professional teams both here in London and Singapore, and now North America.
'The next few years will be very exciting as we bring our Singaporean Hospitality into new territories and markets and see what our brand will achieve.'
Pan Pacific Hotel Group owns and manages 50 hotels, resorts and serviced suites across the Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL brands.
