It’s already been a year since this
former newspaper printing press reopened as a vast events venue, but now the Canada Water behemoth has launched a 3,000-capacity space called the Live Room within the existing complex.
We missed the launch party last Friday, but as you can see from the photo above, headliners Django Django showed what the two-floor space is capable of. While it’ll predominantly be used to host live and electronic-music acts, its knock-out sound system and permanent stage will also be up for grabs for you event bookers too.
A cool, big-budget product launch or experiential campaign would work well in here in the day, or a banging
Christmas party in the evening (its 2am late licence should help in that regard). But if the Live Room isn’t quite right for your needs, it’s worth checking out the other six vast spaces on offer.
The same industrial vibes apply throughout and the capacity goes up to 6,000 people in total.
