When you’ve got guests travelling in from all over, it’s handy to host your event in a place where there’s plenty of rooms to bed down in after
USP The coolest of vibes
Bedrooms 258
This oh-so-trendy hotel was the first of Ace’s European ventures, and inside the bedrooms you’ll find the urban chic design the brand is known for. Event spaces range from a roof top terrace with views of the City to a live music venue in the basement.
USP Classy East-meets-West design
Bedrooms 70
We particularly like the light-filled Laboratories here, which can both be used for meetings and private dining. The Headmaster’s Room is the choice for teambuilding as it offers an education in single malts and champagnes beneath a mother-of pearl ceiling. Bedrooms are a decent size for London, with pops of orange in the soft furnishings.
USP For very fine out-of-towners
Bedrooms 45
Part of Bath’s iconic Royal Crescent, this hotel is well clued up on how to treat out-of-town guests. We love the sound of the recently launched Ultimate Overnight Meeting Experience, which includes an executive car pick up from the station, a meeting suite, outdoor courtyard for breaks, a company branded mini-afternoon tea, massages, private dining, and overnight stay.
USP Fancy furniture
Bedrooms 421
With a plum Mayfair location, it comes as little surprise that this five-star property is dressed to the nines. Guests can expect Fendi furniture and Baccarat chandeliers in the main event spaces, and sleek interiors in the bedrooms upstairs. There’s also an onsite screening room that will give plenty of added sparkle to presentations.
USP Glamourous and grand

The Balmoral has been one of Edinburgh’s most prestigious addresses for over a century, and event spaces here are certainly impressive. Guests lucky enough to be staying the night can expect a smattering of tartan patterns and, for some, a view of the capital’s castle. Add on a ceilidhs, ghost walk or Highland games for a bit of appropriately-themed Scottish teambuilding.
