Formerly the famed Collinson's Cafe, the venue was home to a string quartet led by Wallace Hartley, who later left to board the Titanic as bandmaster. One of the few items discovered of Hartley’s from the Titanic was a silver matchbox engraved with ‘from Collinson’s staff Leeds’.
Owners Oscar Akgul and Osman Doganozu set out to establish a quality steakhouse to rival the ones they encountered while travelling. Working alongside a local butcher, they have succeeded in their mission, offering several cuts of 60-day-aged Aberdeen Angus steak to their Leeds clientele. The menu is not limited to steaks, serving an array of equally delicious and luxurious dishes.

To start, choose between a salmon beetroot gravlax, pork belly with a black pudding bon bon, a decadent French onion soup, or beetroot hummus with sourdough. For mains, dig into a traditional Christmas dinner, complete with all the trimmings. Guests can select either turkey, salmon, a nut roast, or the luxurious beef wellington. Desserts include a warming spiced apple crumble, creme brulee and a biscotti cheesecake.
