Celebrate the festive season in style at this subterranean basement in the heart of Fitzrovia. Kave is a speakeasy-inspired bar and lounge located on Great Titchfield Street. You can find it located beneath all-day brunch spot Drunch, accessible by a hidden, unmarked door that leads to the cosy venue below. Descend the stairs to the basement to discover Kave, an intimate underground space with vaulted ceilings, 200-year-old brickwork and luxurious furnishings.
Kave is perfect for small to medium-sized Christmas parties with a seductive and exclusive feel. Larger groups can choose to hire the entire space for up to 80 standing guests, or 40 seated. Kave also boasts two smaller, breakaway spaces: Jems Room and Kefs Room. These can be booked for an intimate private dinner for eight people and seven people respectively. Both spaces are situated underneath separate arches and make for an intimate setting for a festive meal with friends or colleagues.
The food menu revolves around Mediterranean-style plates, which are designed to be shared by everyone at the table. Look out for the likes of truffle houmous with focaccia, tuna tartare with guacamole, burrata with sourdough and plum tomatoes, and artichoke and potato croquettes with parmesan fondue.
Cocktails also play a starring role at Kave making it a great spot for a festive drinks party. Examples include the likes of Picante, featuring chilli-infused Ocho Blanco tequila with Cointreau, and Escobar which combines Barcelo Anejo Rum with caramel syrup, apple and lime.
Fancy adding live music and entertainment to your event? Kave boasts a dedicated DJ desk and state-of-the-art surround sound system, so you and your guests can boogie into the night to the best of house and dance music.
