If you’re not often in London and decide you deserve a treat (you always deserve a treat) then Seabird at the top of the Hoxton hotel packs a real punch with its beautifully decked out roof terrace, complete with plush soft furnishings and little shell-topped tables – the perfect place for a few drinks and some bar snacks from the Portuguese menu on a sunny day.
