Having already built up a loyal local following, the menu has expanded to take in some of London’s favourite Japanese dishes. Expect great ramen – the chilli chicken is the current hot seller, along with clam sakamushi (clams and mushrooms blanched in saké), as well as some serious cocktails. My Friend Martin, involving chase elderflower, gin and Earl Grey tea, gets our vote.
