Lunch, brunch and dinner is served to customers six days a week. Choose your Wallis & Co experience from the restaurant, cocktail lounge or funky room, as well as the outdoor Wallis Wagon. Drawing inspiration from journeys around the world, each of the bar’s cocktails at Wallis & Co weaves a unique narrative. Whether it's the memory of sipping Margaritas in the early afternoon beneath a sun-drenched beach pagoda in Mexico, or the thrill of underground late-night Aviations in the vibrant streets of Singapore, each of the cocktails will transport you to far-flung destinations with every sip.
The lunch menu kicks off with a classic soup of the day, before moving onto a smoked cheese and brisket hash cake with salad and HP brown sauce - yum. Mains include the chicken teriyaki served with rice and crispy kale, and a creamy cauliflower and lentil rogan josh, rice and chutney.
On Thursdays, make the most of the Greek themed night and enjoy plenty of delicious Grecian dishes. Why not try out the zucchini balls with a rich tomato sauce & feta, a lemon and garlic whole sea bass served with greek salad and balsamic glaze or some traditional moussaka with garlic flatbread and a couscous salad.
On the cocktail menu, the Australasian Persuasian section contains an Electric Lychee and Oh Mai Mai Mai, whilst the Back to British options span a Candyfloss Daiquiri and an elderflower powered Summer Deuce. This One Time In Europe features the Pear Necessities and a delicious Jam n Ginger.
