The name viajante, translates to mean ‘traveller’ with this theme running through the carefully selected menus. All inspired by the culture and flavours of Latin America inviting guests to take on the role of explorers with different sections of the menu offering varied drinks to match your level of adventure. The menu is split into different key sections including Be Comfortable, Be Courageous and Be Present.
