Three Uncles in Camden Lock is a traditional Cantonese restaurant, serving roast meats, lo mein and dim sum. The restaurant is owned by three Hong Kong born childhood friends, chefs and restaurateurs who wanted to showcase their memories of growing up in the 70s – Pui Sing, Cheong Yew and Mo. Three Uncles in Camden can be found inside the Hawley Wharf food hall, and has great views across the Regent’s Canal.
The roasted selection is first on the menu, and each dish is served with pak choi and steamed jasmine rice. There's roast duck, char siu BBQ pork, Hainan chicken and crispy pork belly to choose from. The lo mein noodles are something special, with pairings of beef brisket mooli lo mein and wonton and char siu lo mein. On the side, you can add on a few curry fish balls, char siu sou and wontons in chilli oil.
