Jamie, at the front of house, is a local boy who has been in the booze trade all his life, and has a real enthusiasm for the finer things in life - the finer things being cask ale, interesting wines and the lovely food that goes with them. Always a keen host, he is now delighted with the number of people who are regularly visiting his living room....
