Sky Bar 9 is a modern bar with an excellent atmosphere in the heart of Wembley. The rooftop bar is the perfect setting for any occasion in Wembley Park, and they take reservations from Sunday to Thursday, whilst weekends are walk-in only. The bar is actually located at Wembley’s Hilton Hotel, so whether you’re a guest in the hotel or just passing by, this is a great spot. Here, you can sip on some of the finest Champagnes and enjoy cocktails that have been crafted by the team of mixologists. Of course, if you prefer something more laid back like some beers or a selection of softs, they’re on the menu, too.
The menu begins with a selection of world cocktails. These include the Tom Collins made with gin, lemon juice, sugar and carbonated water, a Pina Colada with rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice, served with blended ice, and a punchy Long Island Iced Tea with vodka, tequila, light rum, triple sec, gin and a splash of cola. Some of the most loved classics like a gin or vodka Martini with vermouth, Negroni, Old Fashioned and French 75 are all also on the menu. If you can't spot your favourite classic cocktail, speak to your server or bartender who will create it for you. That’s pretty great service, eh?
There are loads of beers and ciders to choose from, including Estrella and Corona, Ashahi and Stella Artois, and Leffe Blonde and Rekorderlig. There are a bunch of spirits, too. From Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray gin, to Monkey 47, Sipsmith and Elephant Dry. Absolut, Grey Goose, Belvedere, Reyka and Ciroc vodkas are also listed, along with a selection of whiskeys, like Chivas Regal, Balvenie, Bulleit, Jameson and Glenmorangie.
