The Association is a beautiful restaurant that you will find inside a Wembley Hilton Hotel. The restaurant pairs fine dining with a seasonal menu for all the meals of the day. At breakfast, there is a delicious buffet, before a great a la carte lunch and dinner menu. Each of the menus is crafted and carefully prepared by executive chef Jasberr Dawar and his team. If you find yourself at the Hilton London Wembley on a big event day, you can enjoy the hospitality buffet which is a feast that has been created to make your day even better. The hotel was opened back in 2012, and The Association Restaurant opened with it. The grand opening took place just over a week before the beginning of the 2012 Olympics in London, so the hotel and restaurant were both extremely busy.
The menu does change, as it likes to reflect seasonality and the best ingredients that are available. But, some of the starters you could expect to find on the a la carte menu include a Loch Duart salmon and crab fish cake with tomato chutney, a Golden Cross goat's cheese panna cotta with roasted cherry tomatoes and a basil chutney, and duck liver pate with toasted brioche and orange jelly. For something a bit richer, try the pan fried breast of wood pigeon with beetroot pickle and Bramley apple jelly, or the seared Scottish Isles scallops on pureed cauliflower with pea shoots and pea vinaigrette.
Your main meal may be the grilled calves liver with lardons of bacon, peas and broad beans and a sage creamed potato, or the breast of corn fed chicken that is stuffed with mushroom mousse, with wilted spinach, rosti potato and wild mushroom sauce.
