Open all-day from Wednesday to Sunday, Six offers a wealth of menus suited to multiple dining occasions, from brunch to lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. Its a la carte offering revolves around classic ideas presented with a fresh spin, from salmon tartare with capers, shallots, salad cream and sourdough, to lamb carpaccio with pecorino, sea herbs and green sauce.
For main course, look out for the likes of chicken supreme with parmesan freekeh risotto and asparagus, and sous vide ribeye of beef with Marmite butter, chips and bearnaise sauce.
