A casual neigbourhood restaurant with a mix of dishes from around the world, with a French twist. Salt Flakes has an interior of pastel blue and white which gives the restaurant a clean and practical look, well-suited to casual dining.
The restaurant has three menus; 'la tradition', which contains classic french cuisine, 'la saison' refers to seasonal dishes, and 'la voyages' which takes flavours from around the world. As a result you'll find dishes such as pan-fried lamb kidneys with creamy Dijon mustard sauce, sea bass with green risotto, and Norfolk pork belly cooked in duck fat.
