Overlooking the beautiful Swanpool beach & nature reserve Hooked on the Rocks is the perfect place for refuel after a lovely day at the beach or to enjoy some lunch in between sunbathing and dips in the gorgeous Cornish Sea. Specialising in fresh, sustainably sourced seafood with products Falmouth lobsters or crabs caught only a stone's throw away from the restaurant, local mussels, day boat fish & fresh Cornish oysters all featuring on their menu. 

 Guests can sit on their sun-drenched terrace in the warmer months or if the weather is less good you can enjoy the view of the bay from the comfort of their charming and cozy interiors. There is also an outdoor bar open on the weekend when the weather permits so that guests can enjoy a drink and snack and on Saturdays this is accompanied by tunes from their resident DJ. 

Hooked on the Rocks’ menu showcases seafood and market fish sourced from local fisherman and suppliers accompanied by vegetables like samphire, red peppers and seaweed pangrattato. These are served as individual dishes and platters to share and can be accompanied by sides of Cornish asparagus, potatoes and skinny fries. Guests can also sample Falmouth oysters accompanied by a red wine shallot mignonette or a gin and tonic granita or can choose to have them grilled. For guests who fancy something sweet after their meal there are dishes like lemon and elderflower posset, strawberry pavlova and a chocolate and raspberry mille-feuille. There is also a cheeseboard served alongside cider and onion chutney and oat biscuits.  

The bar is fully stocked with a selection of seasonal craft Cornish ale's, ciders & lagers as well as cocktails and a range of non-alcoholic and soft drinks. The wine list is well thought out and champions sustainable wines produced by small family producers, this includes sparkling and orange wines.
