Fish and seafood lovers will find plenty of choice on the menu, with the likes of West Country mussels, Cornish scallops and catch of the day up for grabs.
While meat eaters might choose confit pork belly with beetroot ketchup and a chicken and Champagne vinaigrette.. For veggies, there are plenty of tasty dishes to choose from, including a beetroot and chicory tart tatin or creamy jerusalem artichoke risotto served with a pickled pear, walnut and chicory salad.
On Saturday afternoons, you can tuck into a gorgeous afternoon tea, enjoying a selection of delicious sandwiches, scones done the Cornish way (jam first), as well as a number of cakes and pastries.
St Michaels Resort also offers a superb Sunday roast. You can choose from a meat or vegetarian option, from Cornish pork loin to a wild Cornish mushroom and nut Wellington, which is served with crunchy roast potatoes, roasted carrots and beetroots, mixed greens, cauliflower cheese, yorkshire pudding and of course, gravy.
