Chef and restauranteur Dipna Anand, behind Brilliant in Southall, has now moved on to this first solo venture in Chelsea. Dip in Brilliant can seat around 70 diners and champions Punjabi cuisine and traditions, with guests eating from a thali (a round metal platter). The menu is a condensed version of what’s on offer at Brilliant, with dishes including chicken tikka, papri chaat, and chicken tikka masala, alongside tandoori mixed grills and biryanis. Brilliant will continue to be run by Anand’s father and brother, and the family hope to open more central London sites in the future.
