Booking system a shambles
On 4 November I booked via Square Meal a table for two people for lunch the following Saturday, 9 November. On that day, half an hour before the time booked I received a call from the restaurant to say they did not take bookings for two people on Chelsea match days.
Quite why my booking was originally confirmed but then cancelled 5 days later, with no time to make alternative arrangements, is beyond me. If this was customer service I'm glad I didn't try the food.
