Cinnabar is located on Hitchin's high street, and offers diners the chance to enjoy delicious food all day long, whilst being surrounded by beautiful furnishings and a great beer garden. Cinnabar's serene garden is complemented by a great restaurant and busy bar, and proves popular with locals and those visiting this part of Hertfordshire.
Begin your menu with a breakfast cocktail, because why not? Kir Royales, Espresso Martinis and Bellinis are freshly shaken by Cinnabar's talented mixologists. The pancake stack comes with three sweet pancakes that are stacked with seasonal, fresh fruits, banana and honey, whilst the avocado, salmon and poached egg comes with wilted spinach on sourdough. For a classic, order the Cinnabar breakfast with bacon, eggs cooked your way, two sausages, homemade hash brown, flat mushroom, grilled tomato, Heinz baked beans and toast.
For your evening meal, begin with a selection of tapas, like the honey and mustard chipolatas with crispy tempura vegetables, and patatas bravas with homemade meatballs. Then it's onto the burgers, which are made with 100% Red Tractor British beef and are handmade in house. You can choose from buttermilk fried chicken, mac and cheese, classic beef, Beyond Meat and mushroom and halloumi. There are also 12 inch stone baked artisan pizzas, with classics like the margherita and pepperoni and pairings of goat's cheese and chutney.
Bottomless brunch is a great way to enjoy the food and drink at Cinnabar, and comes with two courses plus bottomless drinks for an hour and a half. The tipples included Prosecco, bottled beer, Sex on The Beach and a selection of mocktails. To start, you'll have a sharing board of hummus with oil and flatbread before enjoying a main course of burgers, salads or stone baked pizzas. If you fancy, you can add on two tapas dishes, like the freshly battered cod goujons and chicken and chorizo skewers.
