Kooky venue for an experience
Visited on a Thursday night for the special "Speakeasy Cocktail Tea" to celebrate a birthday. The bar is at the back of the hotel, through a secret door, and is quite dark once inside. It had a large cocktail list and people were coming and going, tables turning over quickly, with the whole place quite noisy. We enjoyed the experience, for something different and quirky to do, but it was expensive (especially with the 15% service charge) and we only spent 90 minutes there. Have been to much better hotel bars for cocktails (Dorchester, Goring) so wouldn't go back.
