Brunch and lunch is served all day long at Aiden's Kitchen, with favourite classics and plenty of delicious twists. There's a whole range of pancakes on the menu, whether you want half or a full stack, with toppings of blueberry compote and maple butter, streaky bacon and dulce de leche with chopped bananas, chantilly cream and chocolate shavings. The house specials include a luxury bacon sandwich, filled with cream cheese, habanero chilli jam, fried egg, fresh coriander and sliced green chilli in northern rye sourdough. The Mexicana includes two poached eggs, chorizo sausages, smashed avo, pico de gallo, sriracha hollandaise sauce and fresh chives served on sourdough toast.
The masala toastie is a little different, filled with masala spiced roasted potatoes, coriander chutney and house pickled red onion, coconut lentil dhal and lime pickle toasted in northern rye sourdough. The Biscoff French toast is a sweet tooth's dream, smothered in Biscoff spread, with Madagascan vanilla bean custard soaked bread, topped with vanilla chantilly cream. Feeling a bit cheeky? Add something extra onto your meal, like the hash browns with aioli and parmesan, chorizo sausages or crispy potato chunks with romesco sauce and chimichurri. You'll of course find all the traditional breakfast and brunch dishes, such as eggs Benedict, eggs on toast and steak and eggs, along with a full English and shakshuka.
