Sidcup is located in the south east of London, and was part of Kent prior to Greater London being created in 1965. The area is home to two of the most respected art and drama institutions – the Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance and Bird College Conservatoire, so you’ll find many students in the area along with graduates and creatives. Sidcup is a great place for commuters to situate themselves, with easy access into the city, as well as into the wider Kentish countryside. Sidcup's high street has a great assortment of shops, cafes and restaurants, and in the surrounding areas you'll find plenty of beautiful green open spaces, such as Sidcup Place Park and Foots Cray Meadows.
