Vasco & Piero's Pavilion is a Soho old timer, having first opened in central London back in 1971. Its message is eternal, telling guests that it's not here to 'wow' just to serve traditional Italian food, inspired by the restaurant's links to Umbria. We all know the best Italian cuisine is based on simple, fresh ingredients, and that's exactly what you'll find here, an authentic taste of Italia.
The restaurant is refined and elegant, while remaining unfussy and relaxed. Classic bistro chairs, white tablecloths and traditional wall lights create the feel of a long-standing trattoria, and in fact, all of the furnishings are sourced straight from Umbria. However, if you're planning on hosting a special occasion, be it an important meeting or big birthday, the private dining space at the back of the restaurant is perfect for enjoying your own exclusive vibe.
The Glass Room has enough space for 12 people and, as the name suggests, is transparent, offering a great view into the restaurant and allowing diners to soak up the buzzy atmosphere while enjoying their privacy, too. You are welcome to decorate The Glass Room however you wish, and have fun with place names, table cloths or balloons and such.
Upon booking, Vasco & Piero's Pavilion will email you with a large selection of dishes to create your own curated menu. Once you've chosen a smaller selection of starters and mains that your group will like, they'll create a bespoke menu for you - even adding a message or motif to personalise it. In terms of dessert, generally diners choose from the dessert of the day, but if you have something special in mind please share it with the team and they'll do their best to accommodate and create it for you.
The attentive staff will ensure that you're fed and watered all evening, including fabulous cocktails mixed up by the expertin-house mixologists, and wine pairings suggested by your waiter.
