If you're looking for a stunning place for a private dining event - we have a crowd-pleaser we think you'll like. You see, where better to host an event, than the heart of the city, in Soho? Here, everyone has access to easy transport links, and your shindig will benefit from the hubbub of the area, not to mention plenty of alternative cocktail bars if you fancy a tipple later on.
Plus, when it comes to food, surely there is no cuisine more universally loved than Italian? With its large, fresh salads, mouth-watering meat dishes and delicious pastas, if you're catering for a large group of people, this cuisine will ensure everyone can dig into something they love. And so, let us introduce Bocconcino Soho, the second outpost from the up-market Bocconcino group which already has a glamorous venue in Mayfair.
Now, while authentic fare is very much the order of the day, this is a place to come if you want to impress. It starts with the incredible interiors concept which includes materials like a rich-toned, illuminated marble bar, and extends to ornate lighting concepts dangling overhead and stylish furnishings.
Moving onto the food and the menu has been devised by Head Chef Simone Serafini, who has taken the traditional idea of ‘cicchetti’ and turned it into an encapsulating concept. That's right, across the a la carte menu, many of the dishes can be turned bite size, making it the perfect place to share food with a group. Think of it as the ultimate feasting experience.
To give you an idea, the a la carte menu features plates such as seared scallops with Jerusalem artichokes, alongside tagliatelle with black truffle and yellowtail tartare with avocado, all of which can be enjoyed as a full plate, or cicchetti. Of course, there are also larger dishes from the josper grill and pizza section, if that's more what you're after.
