About Swingers West End

Description

Get a group together and head on over to Swingers for a game of crazy golf complete with cracking cocktails, awesome street food and a playlist curated by its resident DJ. This West End site (there’s also one in the City) boasts nine private areas available for hire, from stylish lounges to its beautiful band stand bar. So, whether you’re hosting a group of 20 or 600, Swingers offers a space to suit.

There are four private rooms for groups of between 20 and 50 people. The Sun Room is its smallest, but still luxurious, option fitted with plush yellow booth seating and low tables running the length of the room. This glass-fronted space also offers views over the Grand Hotel Bar, and is a great option for smaller groups after their own exclusive space to celebrate an occasion. Located next to the Grand Hotel Bar are two leafy Pergolas overlooking the Helter Skelter. These can accommodate either 8 or 16 guests, making them a great spot to celebrate a birthday or smaller event.

The President’s Committee Room is a nautical-themed space featuring a long table in the centre. This is the best option if you’d like to enjoy a civilised sit-down meal, but the tables can be removed if you’d like to use the space for standing drinks parties instead. This room also connects to the other private rooms if you need more space!

The Palm Lounge is an elegant lounge area for up to 50 guests, with space to stand and mingle while sipping on delicious cocktails. Swingers West End also offers half hire and exclusive hire options for large events. There is a wide selection of party packages which includes various food and drink combinations, but private hire of any area in the venue includes a round of golf, a dedicated events team and premium drinks for all your guests.

The Terrace

Introducing the Swingers sun trap, otherwise known as the Terrace, a 3000 sq ft walled garden with a retractable roof. Covered in lush planting and comfortable banquette seating and with easy access to the Fairground Bar, the only thing you’ll need to worry about is topping up your sunscreen.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is our gorgeous, semi-private room next to the Meteorite Course. With its crittall frontage and muralled walls, it’s the ideal space for parties and group gatherings. Check out the hatch that connects the Boathouse to the Fairground Bar – perfect for ensuring a never-ending supply of cocktails.

The Palm Lounge

With an elegant palm court vibe, the Palm Lounge features a stunning lounge area towards the back of the room and space for your guests to stand, have drinks and mingle at the front. Suitable for groups up to 50 people, the room connects to our other private rooms, meaning they can be hired separately or together.

The President's Committee Room

The Presidents Committee Room at Swingers West End is an exclusive space with a nautical theme and a luxurious dining table with fixed banquette seating running along one wall. For wilder, more debauched parties, the tables can be removed making the space work for groups of up to 28 people. For larger groups the room connects to our other private rooms, meaning they can be hired separately or together.

Do the food and drink packages represent value for money?

The venue's food and drink packages have been designed to offer value for money for guests as well as save time for the organiser and allow guests to enjoy the ultimate Swingers experience without having to pay on the night. It offers food vouchers up to the value of £12 and these can be used across all street food vendors.

You can purchase food and drink packages on the website. On arrival to the venue you'll be handed vouchers which can be redeemed at the bar for your food and drink.

Can we have a course or area for ourselves?

If you'd like to book a private area, hire out a crazy course or take over the entire venue for your event speak with the events team or email londonevents@swingers.club who will be able to chat through the options available.

How do the crazy golf time slots work?

When you purchase your ticket you pick a time slot which is 90 minutes long. The time slot is not your playing time. On the day, you should arrive at Swingers no later than 15 mins before your time slot begins. You will be allocated a tee-off time on arrival. Your tee-off time could be near the beginning or end of your time slot. The earlier you arrive, the better the choice of tee-offs available.

Is there a dress code at Swingers?

We're not big into dress codes, we'd rather concentrate on having fun. We just ask that you come dressed for crazy golf and cocktails. We kindly ask that you don't come in fancy dress - however golf attire is always encouraged!

How long does it take to play a round of crazy golf?

It varies depending on how busy we are. At peak times it will probably take 30 to 40 minutes to play 9 holes. When we are less busy, your round may be quicker.
