Whilst the menu changes depending on what's best available, and Ed and his team will always work with you to create something special for your event, the menu gives you a great idea of the delicious dishes that await you and your guests. As you toast to a wonderful evening ahead you can enjoy some Carlingford No. 3 oysters or dressed options with smoked oil, Arenka caviar, trout roe and dill.
For the table you can order some warm London sourdough with cultured Suffolk butter, along with sea bream tartare with smoked eel emulsion, oyster leaf and trout roe, or the leek and red Leicester cheese croquettes with smoked mayo and chive. Small plates include the British heritage tomato salad with sourdough, chilled tomato water and camomile and the cured Cornish gurnard carpaccio with cucumber, chilli, elderflower and nasturtiums.
