Stem + Stem is led by business and life partners Dee and Ed, who head up the two parts of the business. Ed is passionate about using seasonal ingredients in order to make something special out of the everyday, whilst Dee focuses on an as it grows approach with her flowers. If you book your special event a Stem + Stem, you’ll have everything taken care of from the decoration (flowers, of course), to the wine and the most beautiful food.

When it comes to food, you'll be spoilt for choice. Try the Rolls Royce of oysters with the Louet-Feisser, along with snacks of sea bream tartare, roasted British aubergine and lamb sweetbread croquettes. Bigger plates include the Cured Cornish gurnard carpaccio with cucumber, chilli, elderflower and nasturtiums, and toasted fregola with late spring vegetables, English asparagus and aged parmesan.
