Did you know that there ain't no party, like a Shoryu Ramen party? While Japanese culture is known for its focus on respect and traditions, it also has a wild side. Think late-night kareoke, plentiful food and all the sake you can drink! So, if you're planning a special occassion - be it a birthday, a work night out or long overdue get together with friends - Shoryu Ramen Soho has developed a celebration package which brings all of the best parts of Japan's party scene to London.
While all branches welcome group bookings, the Soho location has its own private dining room with capacity for up to 18 people seated around a central table or 18 to 20 people standing, with smaller tables to place drinks and plates. The space can be hired in blocks of 2.5 hours, with the option to increase time if needed and while there isn't a room hire fee, there is a deposit which will come off your bill and a minimum spend for your group. You're also welcome to decorate the room however you like and bring your own music choices, to really get the vibe going.
Group bookings are invited to order the feasting menu which comes with a selection of sharing plates, as well as a main for yourself. First, kick things off with a complimentary glass of prosecco or sake, and then you have the option to continue ordering drinks whenever you like, or to try a sake flight with your meal.
To start, your group will enjoy a mix of small plates like soy marinated Japanese fried chicken karaage, alongside deep fried diced octopus balls and edamame. Moving onto mains and it's all about ramen, where you can choose between the pork-based broth or vegetarian option before finishing with a sweet treat, like mochi ice cream in a selection of flavours.
